- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Orders authorized for return, or other types of refunds made at the sole discretion of Vertigo Drones, will be processed back to the original payment method less any fees collected. Typically orders are refunded at 100% of the purchase price when a return is authorized within 30 days of the original ship date and returned in a new, unused condition. However, in circumstances including but not limited to, customer damage, missing accessories etc., can require a restocking/disposal fee of up to 100% of the original purchase price. This fee is assessed at the discretion of Vertigo Drones and is non-negotiable.
Refunds cannot be granted to the original payment method after 60 days for any reason. If the case arises that a refund may be warranted after 60 days from the purchase date, a customer can opt for store credit or a replacement of the original item.
'Special Orders' and 'Wholesale Orders' are intrinsically non-refundable. Ingenious Ingenuity Inc. makes every effort to please every customer who we do business with. However, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Ingenious Ingenuity Inc. and no statement issued or published may be interpreted as a legally binding 'Guarantee' or 'Promise'.
