    We had some flooring installed in our home. Most of our contact was with Anthony. We set a date and the installers came. They were prompt and my husband EVEN tipped them for the services that they provided. After they left, we noticed a sizable scratch (I believe they moved a piece of furniture and never said anything about the scratch). We tried numerous times to have them come and look to repair the scratch. It took awhile, but finally, the original installer came and looked. He promised to come back and make the repair. We are still waiting months later. We have made numerous calls to address the issue, voicemail that has gone unanswered, and even stopped in the store itself. They make promises but don't deliver. The after care is awful. I would not recommend them. Very poor customer care.
