During my last visit there employee opened one of my backpack blowers and claimed there was parts missing but they absolutely where not and charged me for them so there liars and thieves there that will say stuff is broken when it is not and charged you extra, they also worked on my zero turn earlier this year and forget to put the hardware back into my transaxle hydro lever and claimed that toro wouldn't cover damages to my machine which now I have to wonder if it was ever anything besides the belt buyer beware I would not have repairs done here.

You came to our counter and said “My recoil is broken and I need you guys to replace it”. Being that we have seen you before and know that you needed your blower asap, we propped the blower on the counter and immediately went and fixed it. You were missing plastic pawls on the rotor from you previously taking apart and trying to repair it yourself. We made you aware you were missing those pawls as the recoil would not have worked if not installed. You were charged accordingly for all labor and parts needed. I would also like to note that you came in looking for a new assembly (on backorder) which would of cost more than double what you paid. We did nothing but try and save you time and money and provide excellent customer service. We were also not aware of missing hardware on your previous repair or we would of made it right, if you had contacted us, as we do in all circumstances.
