      I made an order at 7:30pm on 7/4/24. Order went through and was in preparation. At 8:45 pm I tried a few times to call the location without an answer. It had closed at 8pm. I ended up going to get other food. The food showed up about 9:45. Food was cold that had been hot cold subs cheese was melted due to heat and the warm food being next to cold food. Later upon checking the food it was not even made correctly. I did speak with the manager the next day and he said he would try and refund but didn't know if he could as he had already closed out the register for that day. He did offer a credit at the location but in the past that had never worked and had never been received. I called back a couple days later and was simply told no refunds. The was just over $65.00 order for food that was not edible and ended up thrown out. I was not interested in a credit for a place that I will now no longer order from. It was rude and a sorry doesn't cover the amount of money I spent.
