    we paid in full for ******** to be set up on our property at 1*** ** ** ** **** ****** ** 12845. we were garunteed with the price he gave that everything would be working. we have in a text and on recorded call which we advised it is recorded that we wanted 2 antennas extra to be placed in areas we knew were not getting service based on haveing spectrum. tim assured us on recorded line that he was not going to bring them because they are not needed and he was doing this for 30 years and he knew best. we said several times we would like them anyway and again he said it wouldnt be needed. we asked if they are then what and he said he would come back out and add the antennas. he came , we paid in full and we advised that day the signal were low in the areas we said. he said it was the weather. then the tenants said the next day they all lost connection where the antennas we requested should have been placed.. he said he ordered the 2 antennas and came back out and hooked them up then sent us a bill for 3x he amount of the original installation. he also forged initials and have him in writing and tape saying it was just a internal thing for him. we refused to pay for the invoice. he drove back and disconnected all services for our elderly that were bought and paid for. he now if sending finance agreements we never asked for to do a loan with him. we went to the police and this is a civil mannar. he has disconnected paid services and is demanding a 1700 bill for haveing to come back on services he did not do on orig. contract paid for at 700,00 in full. we have contacted ******** for new equipment and new passwords etc as this third party took our money and cancelled the operation of equipment from his end. ******** is working but the equipment was his as a 3rd party and he disconnected it until we pay 1700 more stateing hes saveing us money and it should be paid. we said in the beginning to bring 2 more. see uploads

    IM CONFUSED AS ALL THIS INFORMATOIN WAS UPLOADED FOR YOU. THE BILL WITH HIS NAME AND NUMBER AS WELL AS OUR WAS PROVIDED IN THE UPLOAD. WE FILLED IN THE AMOUNT ETC. AS I HAVE SAID THE SYSTEM WAS ******** TO BE SET UP BY A 3RD PARTY NAMED NYNE LLC  117 HAMILTON RD SYRACUSE NY 13212. HIS NAME IS TIM G*******. THE NATURE OF COMPLAINT IS IN MY STATEMENT. WE PAID FOR HIM TO SET UP THE EQUIPMENT AND MAKE SURE ALL SERVICES WERE WORKING AND TO PROVIDE 2 ADDITIONAL ANTENNAS FOR PROBLEM AERAS WE KNEW OF THAT SPECTRUM TOLD US PRIOR TO GETTING ********. HE DIDNT DO AS WE REQUESTED. WE THEN CONTACTED HIM TO SAY SERVICES WERE NOT WORKING AND HE SHOULD HAVE BRANG THE ADDITIONAL ANTENNAS AS REQUESTED THE FIRST TIME. HE CAME BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND TRIED TO CHARGE US 1700. THE ORIGINAL PRICE WE PAID TO HAVE IT ALL SET UP WAS 500. HE CHARGED US 700 AND WE PAID THAT WITH A ZERO BALANCE. HE NOW SAYS HE WANTS 1700 FOR TIME COMEING BACK AND THE FACT HE IS SAVING US MONEY MONTHLY BECAUSE HE SET UP ******** FOR THE ELDERLY SENIORS. WE REFUSED AND HE CAME BY AND TURNED ALL SERVICES OFF BY GOING IN TO THE PASSWORDS HE SET UP AND TURNING THEM OFF. ******** SERVICES WERE PAID FOR AND REMAINED ON BUT ******** CONFIRMED THE 3RD PARTY WE WENT THRU DISMANTLED THEM AND NOW THE ONLY WAY IS TO CHANGE THE PASSWORDS AND NOW BUY ********S EQUIPMENT TO ELIMINATE HIM FROM DOING THIS TO US. WHICH WE NOW HAVE ORDERED WITH THEM BUT MUST WAIT 10 MORE DAYS WITHOUTOUR SERVICE,  HE HAS FORGED OUR SIGNTIRES TO THE CONRTACT AND NOW IS SENDING FINANCING LOANS TO US DEMANDING TO PAY THEM. HIS WAVELINK ANTENNAS WERE INSTALLED AND HE HAS DISMANTLED THEM. HE INSTALLED THEM ON JAN. 22 2025, WE HAD COMPLAINT ON JAN 24 THEY WERE NOT WORKING. NEXT BUSINESS DAY MY PARTNER CALLED HIM ON JAN 27TH TO ADVISE HIM AND THEN I TEXT TO HAVE IT IN WRITING ON JAN 28 ACCIDENTLY CALLING HIM FRED LOL. I HAVE 60 PAGES OF TEXTS HIM ADMITTING HE SHUT IT DOWN UNTIL WE PAY HIS INVOICE. WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICES ORIGINALLY TO HAVE IT ALL SET UP. WE TOLD HIM TO BRING THE 2 ANTENNAS. HE REFUSED AND SAID IF HE WAS WRONG HE WOULD COME BACK TO FIX IT. HE WAS WRONG AND NOW WANTS 1700 FOR THE RETURN TRIP THAT WE REFUSE TO PAY. WE HAVE A TAPED CONVERSATION OF HIM GUARANTEING THE WORK TO BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND REFUSING OUR REQUEST.

    The person we filed a complaint about just came on our property and stole some of the paid equipment from our property. Leaving security cameras down and tenants with no way to access medical assistance if needed without going to where there is wifif

    I placed the amount of 700.00 the bill was included that we paid and it was 1535. We paid my error. The new bill he is trying to bill us for his mistake is 1735 which is separate from 1535
