      I'm on a limited income. I am disabled trying to pay my taxes insurance and take care of my pets my cats my animals my babies. I even feed the neighboring cats. I'm in a wheelchair not capable of doing much I've taken my own life in my own hands going up and down those stairs because if I fall I can either die or be paralyzed for life and I'd rather die than be paralyzed for life so I'm not afraid to go step at a time down these stairs I went down and lit the pilot five or six times before this clown even came over. I have a copy of the bill he's sent to me but I paid him on the spot when he came. I shouldn't have. But I didn't want to start a problem. He charged me $280.00 to relight the pilot and say that there was nothing could do. He deferred it to an airflow problem and he said that's something that we don't work on. Bologna it's been that way for years. He didn't want to get any dirt on his nice clean uniform. Do not ever use this company ever. The only promise me a refund I got nothing but a receipt showing I owe zero. Personally they can all go to hell. I feel used dirty and disgusting cuz I did any sort of business with this company whatsoever. I implore you not repeat not to spend any money with this highway robbery organization. Pathetic and disgusting, and that's being nice. Avoid at all costs. I've never left a review of this nature ever. But I want to warn everyone else so it doesn't happen to them.
