    On July 29, 2020, we entered into an agreement with Funeral Tech to provide our company with a new funeral management system. The agreement was to set up our funeral home with new funeral management software and to transfer our existing information to the new software. Funeral Tech asked us to provide information on the forms that we would be using so that they could integrate them into their platform. We provided the requested information. On September 24, 2020, we attended an online training for the new system. We explored the system to get comfortable with it. On December 15, 2020, we contacted Josh C**** to find out when the system would be completed and we could start using it. Josh replied back that they had a huge backlog and that we could start using the system. However, they would not have our information transferred to the new system until February. We did not wish to work out of 2 systems when we had purchased a new one. On February 1, 2021, we received an email from their tech person stating that they were behind on the conversions and that we would receive an email when they were ready to convert us. No target date was stated. On August 24, 2021 we contacted Josh C**** for a full refund of our money as they had not lived up to their agreement on the contract. We had paid in full for the system with 3 monthly payments on August 17, 2020, September 17, 2020 and October 16, 2020. We had fulfilled our end of the agreement, and they have not, which would be a breach of contract. This company is based out of Canada, with an office in NY. Here is the Canadian information.
