    truck came to pick up a dumpster right on the side of my garage as they toss these dumpsters like ragdoll it slammed into a cement wall,cement wall breaking,falling into the siding of my garage,causing the siding to crack/break!I took picts,called the **mpany,spoke W/********* stated,I quote you better not fix it.I will take care of it.Dont do anything.I asked when will you be fixing it,he snapped at me,said I dont know! The day that was broken we were getting a storm,I did not want any damage done to wood behind the siding.called the **ntractor he came,fix the siding,gave me a bill marked paid.called the **mpany.*** came,met my husband&I he was very rude,pretty much stating, since you fixed it I dont know if we damaged it etc.We pulled out siding to show him the damage. Hesaid Im not doing anything.I asked him very politely Can you please give me your ins **s name? I will look up #,he said Im not giving you nothing.A gentleman by the name of ***************************** Came out to the residence,looked at the siding gave me some nonsense story about well It doesnt prove that the siding was on the garage when the accident happened the camera breaking the wall, but it Doesnt show damage. He quickly snapped a picture or 2 of the broken siding,said I doubt ins ** will pay called the **ntractor,asked if he took picts of the siding while it was up he did he sent them to *** submitted via email to ***************************** The pictures of the broken siding while it laid on the floor I took very detailed pictures also the pictures of what the Contractor sent me I just received an email from ****************** that says the following Unfortunately Our video does not show any **ncrete hitting the building which makes us not at fault. We need to **me out to measure how far off the ground the damage is, but it looks like we are not at fault and the damage was done another way. I asked, will you be paying/the insurance we paying for the damages and no reply I would greatly appreciate your help

    We acknowledge the property damage claim submitted by ****************************. Unfortunately, our ***************** was unable to properly investigate the claim because we were not given the opportunity to inspect the damaged siding before unauthorized repairs were made. As a result, Winters Bros. could not assess the extent of the damages, evaluate the property owners claim of negligence, or approve an estimate for the repairs. Due to this lack of cooperation, we are unable to accept ****************** demand for compensation.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Winter  brothers is lying. I have them on video and I have them on a recorded conversation. I was told by a gentleman by the name of *** the day that I called he would be coming to assess the matter never showed. Supposed to have a terrible rainstorm which we did and I recorded and prior to the rain storm I had the siding fixed so the wood in my garage does not get destroyed by water damage! I explained that to *** and one of the owners and they were not happy with those responses. I asked their insurance companies name and phone number and I was told Im not giving that to you as he walked away then I was told that they are self-insured and theyre having somebody go over the claim and waiting for it to be accepted. Then I was told 
    That they dont have enough information regarding the claim, I gave them everything I had plus pictures of the damaged siding on the garage before it was taken down the siding that was damage was also left on the side of the garage so they could come and examine it. I was emailed and asked if I had a bill that I paid I said yes I was asked for it and all of a sudden I was told theyll be happy to give me $500  out of the $2100 WE PAID and if I took the $500 I  cant come after them ever again. They owe me $2100
    I have proof of every single email they sent me. I demand the $2100 compensation.

     

    via email they tried to bully me and also by text that their offer was $500 in good faith and if I didnt take it by a certain date, it was null and void

    My response was this is not lets make a deal. I paid $2100 for the damage your truck caused. I expect that money back.
    They didnt expect for a woman to know as much as I did

    AND Their garbage truck has it on video that their dumpster broke the cement wall that broke the siding on my garage first, I was told they didnt have it by *** Who once again came to my house a day after the fact that he said he was coming, didnt announce he was coming and was so arrogant nasty and again Im gonna reiterate he said Im not giving you the name of my insurance company and phone number as he walked away and then I was told by ***************************** But they do have it on video!

    If you would like, Id be more than happy to provide all correspondence with this company that has nothing better to do, but lie to the Better Business Bureau

    I requested a quote for our church(business) on march. I got the proposal and I signed it ??????? thinking it was just the proposal, I found out I signed the CONTRACT.I tried to get in touch with the sale representative via email and phone and no answer was given. I wanted to cancel the service since my church had a better price with another company and I was no longer in charge plus Im not currently working so I dont have the money to pay.. but no one helped and now winter brothers is charging me for the past months plus they had the other company removed the dumpster from the property.

    Good afternoon,

    This customer electronically signed a Service Agreement, which clearly states a start service date. The customer used the dumpster for 4 months. Our trucks calculate a weight for every pickup, indicating that they were using our service prior to this complaint. We have still not received any payment for the service we provided, and they are now trying to change companies.

    winter brothers arrives to pick up dumpsters waaaaaaaay to early and is in violation of town code. Numerous complaints to corporate office and the local dispatch site that services ********* have yielded no results. Ive provided license plate numbers and surveillance video coverage in an email and phone calls depicting them arriving at 4:40am tossing dumpsters around like rag dolls behind my residence. Also the property manager has also requested they discontinue arriving before 7am(code). Town code in Brookhaven does not allow any garbage whether private or business to be collected until after 7am. Winter brothers has been displaying a willful disregard for local residents and town code. I respectfully request something be done about the way they run their business on Long Island when it comes to residential areas being in close proximity to businesses. The competition is real and most other carting companies listen and are respectful. Definately not Winter Brothers. If it continues there will be legal action for Nusiance.

    1) I have spoken to the route manager responsible for the service that is delivered in the ********* area. Together we have identified the the specific truck that is in need of routing adjustments to rectify the problem.

    2) Adjustment have been made that should alleviate the problem.
