    I would use zero stars if I could! We hired this company ***************************** and his wife ****** to provide a service to our very small town condo complex. Thinking that having someone else manages they would correct issues as they came up as condo owners. In the early spring we were promised to be power washed, I sit outside on my porch nearly every single day surrounded by mold which is very unhealthy and its still not done. My back door has rotted wood under the slider door which they fixed horribly because 3 1/2 months ago the piece of wood that they glued on of course fell off and I get bugs crawling into my dining room. I contacted them I saw that they read my messages and neither one of them get back to me. If youre considering this company please reconsider. I also feel they overcharge you and they are taking money and putting it in their pockets because we got new lamps in our complex which are so cheap and on the **** they charged us $325 for each of them and thats not even with installation and my neighbor and I found them on **** ****** website for $100. They also installed a shed which was supposed to be comparable to the one that we had which wasVery strong and did not leak. This is like a piece of tin and they put the door literally right behind the dumpster. I can go on and on and on. But the moral of the story is run dont walk away from this company.
