    In September of 2022 we closed on a new home purchase with Trim's Modular Homes. After numerous calls, texts and letters to this business, and being promised by Eugene Trim that matters will be repaired, replaced and/or finished, the following items remain unresolved:
    1) In January of 2023 the whirlpool tub leaked into the basement. To repair the leak, sheet-rock and insulation was removed from the walls of the basement. This sodden material remains in the basement and the replacement of this material has not been done.
    2) We are still waiting for delivery and installation of the 5 of 6 screens for the basement windows.
    3) The vinyl floor in the family room is coming up.
    4) The window on the second floor is broken.
    5) Vinyl siding is falling off.
    6) Doors are warped and don't close.
    7) French doors to backyard leak.
    8) Numerous cracks to ceilings and walls.
    9) Concrete patio cracked and spalling.
    10) Crack in foundation.
    11) We paid for a finished basement that was only partially completed. Remaining work includes insulation under bedroom and trim around windows and door openings.

    BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed: I was just out at this guy's house yesterday.  And I'm scheduled to go out again tomorrow.  He did not say a word to me about any complaints.  This is the first I'm hearing about any of this.  Anything that he's brought up or pointed out to me along the way, I've taken care of for him.  Like I said, I was just out there yesterday, not a word to me about complaints or BBB complaint.
