    I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a deeply concerning incident that occurred when I recently attempted to order two boxes of contacts for my right and left eye from one of your locations. This incident has left me shocked and distressed, and I believe it requires your immediate intervention.I called the location with the genuine intent to request a vital component of my medical care, as I currently have no lenses for my eyes. To my utter dismay, the employee I spoke with not only refused my request but also expressed an unwarranted desire to withhold my medical treatment until I complete an eye exam scheduled for next month. During our conversation, her behavior became increasingly combative and unprofessional, which ultimately culminated in her hanging up on **** feel compelled to emphasize that I reminded the employee that our calls were being recorded and that her combative conduct was entirely unnecessary given the nature of my request. Despite this, she persisted in her uncooperative behavior. Furthermore, she identified herself as a manager, which, to me, only reinforced the abuse of power and disregard for my essential medical needs.It is my sincere belief that the refusal of my medical care, particularly when it pertains to my eyes, is not only unethical but potentially illegal. As a result, I have taken the initiative to record the three calls I had with this employee, which I am prepared to release to the public and my legal representatives if this matter is not rectified promptly.I kindly request your immediate intervention and assistance in resolving this matter to ensure that no one else has to endure such a distressing experience when seeking essential medical care.
