      Original fence contract 07/26/2010. Fence faded and was replaced (contract 09/09/2013). (Contracts attached) Replacement fence faded and i sent an email on 04/30/2021 to address this issue. Email correspondence has continued and the last email i received was on 06/29/2024. (Email correspondence attached) I am not receiving a response as to another replacement fence. Fesco Fence uses ActiveYards which offers a lifetime warranty. (Document attached) A Fesco Fence representative took pictures of the faded fence but has not sent a response on the status of the fence warranty/replacement.

      We are currently working with the manufacturer to get a replacement for you.  This was replaced once already at no cost to you.  Active yards provided the materials and fesco fence provided the labor free.  No other fence company does this for free.  They all charge labor costs for warranty replacements.

      Active yards now requires more documentation and we only keep our files for 10 years.  They have been bought by old castle, an irish company and the people we've been working with have changed making the process more time consuming. We have been working on this continuously and will continue to do so until it has been resolved.
