Where do I begin?!? I leased a Hyundai Elantra on 2021 and returned it on time and the mileage was below the lease agreement in 2024.I was never told that the car needed to be "inspected" 60 days prior to the lease's end. Now I have 3 different letters stating I owe three different amounts for excess wear and use. They want charge me for multiple "hail damage". I would love to know how a person prevents hail damage and can defy Mother Nature. They also claim I have multiple dents with a severity rating of 4. The car is so poorly made with cheap materials that if you hit the car with your fingernail it would dent.I will never buy/lease another Hyundai, period. Poor communication, disgraceful customer service, rude customer service representatives, ridiculously poor record keeping and the are a minus 10 in the management area. An absolute nightmare and now I am submitting an dispute. I would give this business 0 stars if I could!Wish me luck!

My car has been in service for about a month. They cant figure out whats wrong with it. Picked it up yesterday drove out of the parking lot and the car died. You get no information from them. They cant give you loan a car cause they claim they have none I will never buy another Hyundai ever again they are the worst, my car has ****** miles on it and its a 2021 Hyundai venue. My husband is severely sick and I have to get him back-and-forth to the hospital for treatments and I have no car to get there and they dont care they can give you an answer, and they never answer the telephone , thats all they do is lie they want to sell you a car but then it has a problem they dont want to fix it. We dont know how to fix it. Maybe they should get some new technicians in that place.

The car towed to Rockland Hyundai in ********** **. Dealer called, crank shaft sensor was replaced but engine has bearing knock. A bearing knock is an automatic replacement with long block. Confirmed used parts off of existing engine would be used new long block. Gave service writer list of parts not to be reused. Charge to flush radiator $170.00. The quoted price of new parts $1,695.00. A 28-page fax was sent with the cost quoted new parts, $1,109.84. The dealership will not price match or negotiate price reduction. Informed we could purchase the parts, deliver them to Rockland Hyundai for installation. On April 13 received call, stating long block installed and car running. Pick it up. Engine installed? Discussed, certain old parts were not to be reused? Answer, no one at the dealership knew what we were doing. 28-pages faxed to service writer showed all details of the parts and prices. The service writer told us we could order parts. Said Rockland Hyundai would install the parts. Hyundai ************* was contacted. We spoke to a very helpful case manager.April 27, 2023 parts taken to dealership. We asked to wait, to speak with shop manager. Only employee had been spoken to is the service writer. Shop manager, Hyundai only gives us limited time to complete the repair. If we don't do it in the time limit, we not paid. New parts can't be installed. Hyundai will not allow us, our time is up. Rockland Hyundai can't install parts that were not purchased at them. They can't accept the responsibility nor guarantee parts are correct, nor that parts will work. We have installed many remanufactured blocks reusing parts from the old engine. Cars with ******* miles are still going. Shop manager ended the conversation. Pick up your car. Thank you. Conclusion, we were lied to.Tried starting the car, there was no sound. Hyundai ************* intervened to install new starter for free. Progress has not been made on the installation of the new parts costing $1,100.00.
