  My overall impression of this company and the service they performed is 5 Star! Ray, the tech, went above and beyond excellent service. He kept me informed of what he was doing, explaining all of his steps and including me in decisions that had to be made. He was on time, polite and extremely professional. The service was wonderful, as he removed every piece of dirt from my vents. He cleaned up, and put everything back in place. He made several common sense recommendations and was just a delight to work with. I did order an UV Light filtration system, which he said would be installed within the next 2 weeks. He followed up with that, and made sure his schedule matched my schedule for installation. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the company and with Ray. So refreshing to find a company and people who take such pride in their job and customer service! Thank you!

  Amazing service. Tech explained everything that should be done. Showed line by line estimate, not surprises when finished. Walked me through to show me everything he was going to do. Worked in my cramped basement, lots of storage down there. He moved things out of way of vents upstairs and storage downstairs. Put everything back where it was. As he worked he told me everything he was doing. When he was finished he again walked me through to show everything was completed. He told me the exact type of filters to buy from **** *****. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend.

  Outstanding Service. Incredibly informative, patient and hard working. Was told the job could take three to four hours; Ry was at our home for six (sorry Mrs. Ry and four beautiful children)! He broke down our invoice line for line and made sure I understood the work he was doing. For our home, I chose to add the “EnviroCON” to control/eliminate any Germs/Micro-Bacteria/Dust Mite Feces. Quality Air Specialists gets a 10/10 from our home. Thank you for showing me our vents before/after on the job! So satisfying! Hoping Ry will be around in three to four years for our next cleaning. THANK YOU!

  We were pleased with our initial service cleaning with Ray and install of a UV light. However we have since now called and left multiple messages for this company to try to get the UV light replaced. We were given a price and told it would be ordered and we would be called for install within 2 weeks and it’s now been 2 years of calling and leaving messages with no one calling us back. We know they are in business bc we continuously see their aids in the paper with the same phone number we are calling. Poor return service.

  My wife and I booked an appointment with Quality Air Specialist from Webster NY. We live in the town of Hamburg. Their tech specialist “ Ray” was absolutely a professional. He throughly explained their process- time parameters and cost up front. Once we gave the go ahead we were very pleased with the outcome. The before and after photos were eye opening. We would highly recommend this company

  Let me begin by saying this house I bought in W. Seneca (lived here 6 weeks so far) has so many problems...we are overwhelmed. The total neglect of every inch of this house boggles my mind. The worst "was"an odor emanating from the ductwork when furnace/AC was running.The basement was supposed to be a useable space for a family room. No way! Musty, dirty and damp. The furnace had to be cleaned in depth, furnace guy was appalled that a 3 year old furnace could be so filthy...no filter was installed. So, once cleaned thoroughly he suggested I immediately get the ductwork cleaned. In comes Ray! Wow----he is the total package. Hard working, courteous, informative and personable. We were in very capable hands with this wonderful man. He led us through each step of the process, videos of before and after, we were impressed with his knowledge and attentiveness to detail. these ducts were filled with billowing clouds of brown cottony filth. Even found 7 dog rawhide bones in the ductwork! the previous owner was a heavy smoker.....hence the brown filth. The filth covered the bottom and sides of the ducts along with thick webs. EW!!! I opted to have the UV light installed, my choice, no pressure to do so. And because of the condition of the home and ducts, I also chose to have the EnviroCON treatment.....honestly gave the home a new car smell. And it lasts, eliminates and controls germs/micro bacteria and dust mite feces. Worthwhile. All in all.........best decision, best choice of a company, best technician ever...Ray is the man to ask for, he delivers and was a joy to have in our home. He has a beautiful family (I like to ask and he truly loved speaking of his children and wife. What a lovely family, I must say.) Quality Air Specialists.....they deliver quality!

  I see other comments about what a great guy Ray is.. give that man a raise..valuable employee!

  I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Ray is the ultimate professional providing information and pictures as the process went along. He answered all my questions in a way anyone could understand. This is a service that is very time consuming and Ray was very careful every step of the way. I highly recommend that everyone look into this service and company. The amount of dirt collected was very revealing. Even weekly cleaning and vacuuming of vents doesn’t begin to clean as thoroughly as needed.I also highly recommend Ray and IAS.

  We were exceedingly pleased with both the professionalism and expertise provided by Ray a week ago. His commitment to our home mirrored what my own husband puts into his home projects. Ray also gave us some cost saving advice about another piece of our furnace filtering device. Many thanks for an outstanding effort and detail that you put into our home. The before and after pictures are not only revealing, but actually entertaining too!

  Ray did a great job, I didn't realize what was involved in duct cleaning. As he worked he would explain what he was doing and why. He sealed the 2 large entry's with sheet metal, and the smaller ones with rubber plugs for future access. Excellent AAA+ service.
