    I acquired and paid the fee for Daniel Wisher to file a bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is hard enough without dealing with the emotional distress of an attorney who apparently doesn't want to do the work that was paid for, or even bothering to return your calls when you try to find out what is going on. I have never encountered such problems ever in dealing with an attorney, and I received extremely poor treatment. Now comes small claims court to receive my money back that I paid to this lawyer for the bankruptcy!

    If I could give zero stars I would. He stated my legal case would be easy. This attorney has given excuse after excuse as to why he has no results for my case. He cashed my retainer check the 1st day and then refused to return emails and phone calls. His voicemail now has become full to whereas he can’t hear my concerns. Everything with him has to communicated by email.
    He gives excuse after excuse why he can’t call and refused to answer ANY email unless you threaten to leave a bad review or file a complaint against him.
    Do NOT go through him. He will try to sell you the moon and stars and then leave you out to dry. He is the WORST attorney I have EVER dealt with
