      This company keeps calling and harassing and leaving threatening voicemails. They’ve even contacted some of my family members leaving messages and giving them some of my personal information.

      I recorded this man he lied to me saying he wasn’t a bill collector saying he needed to get I touch with my grandson. They keep calling but my lawyer said they have one more time to call me and I will be filing harassment charges against them. I’m sick and fighting Breast cancer stressing me out. Stop harassing people let the ppl that the debt is with do the calling go play in traffic and leave people alone ??????????

      WOW I wish I would have read the reviews before doing the bpo They really are crooks but in life we live and learn I hope these reviews help someone else out in the future. I did all of the work, the house listed and sold and I haven't heard a thing from these crooks This company gets no stars from me

      They use third-party platforms like ****** voice to call you from a local number. It is a clever debt collections operation. They start by reading my last four to me over the phone. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) requires that debt collectors respect your privacy and not engage in deceptive or abusive practices, and reading your SSN to you could potentially be viewed as a violation of these principles, depending on the circumstances. The debt I had was from a tiny fraudulent bank that had a CEO who went to prison for 4 years for spending customers payments and charging unmentioned fees. I'm one of those customers in the process of litigation. Before being arrest, they sold my debt to this company. The first time they called I wanted to speak with someone, but a very bullish lady tried putting me on hold for a very long time and I hung up. She called back, I said I can speak with someone but you are not entitled to any more of my time over this matter. She then said something very snarky and hung up on me. I believe most issues involving debt are legit and people leave bad reviews for these kinds of companies for invalid reasons, but in this case the bad review is for a true lack of professionalism.

      These guys are crooks. Do not waste your time doing a broker price opinion for them because you will not get paid.. trust me.
