    I am a resident of the City of Buffalo and my street is getting new waterlines installed(Parker Buffalo, NY). The company contracted to do the work was Nova Site Company, LLC. On the morning of 4/24, the owner Gino Z******* approached my front gate as I was attempting to get my children out the door to school. Gino began to call me profanities because my truck was 10 houses down away from his work site. He told me that the signs have been posted all week and he will call parking authority to have my truck towed. I told him I was confused why he was approaching me with such a threatening manor because all of the communications with his employees have been professional and polite. He then threatened to break my water and leave my family without water. I pointed out that his employees have been using my water hose and outlets to complete his work for the last two days. He told me he will use whatever the **** he wants. I told him he was way out of line and he has no right to threaten me with my kids 5 feet away. This was not a way I wanted to start my morning and my kids did not deserve to witness such disgusting behavior. Gino should learn to treat his customers with respect, knowing that both parties have to work together to get his job complete. Nova Site Company, LLC and Gino Z******* should not receive public contracts any longer because Gino doesn't have the capability to work with local residents.
