    We hired CJ Sound for our 10/21/22 wedding. The DJ was fine. But We paid for a photo booth for our wedding, and on the day of when we arrived at the venue, we were told that it was broken, and the attendant was going to take pictures for our guests with a digital camera. I called CJ sounds about a week after our wedding when we got back from our honeymoon to inquire about receiving the pictures, as no one had reached out to me about them yet. I spoke to Dennis on the phone, and he was pleasant and assured me he would get me my pictures as soon as possible. I didn’t ask for any kind of discount, and he didn’t offer one. All I requested was two copies of the pictures so I could send them out to our guests with our thank you cards. Time passed and I never received the pictures. I reached out again, and was told by Dennis that he was working on it, but couldn’t figure out how to get the pictures in photo booth format. I explained that I didn’t need them in that format and that regular prints will do. He said that would make it much easier, and he would get them to me soon. Time passed again, and we had a death in the family. My husband reached out to Dennis and explained that We would really like to get the pictures because this family member was in some of them. Dennis told him he would call him back . He didn’t. I ended up basically telling Dennis I was fed up and wanted the pictures now. He dropped off the flash drive to our house when we were not home, but still promised to get me the hard copies of our pictures “soon”. We last spoke December 20th, no contact since. I should also mention in our first conversation he told me the photo booth was not actually broken on the wedding day, but the attendant did not know how to use it. I want a partial refund or the pictures that I paid for printed out. I paid approximately 500 dollars and did not receive the product
