    Paid for this credentialing, submitted necessary documents. They stated they couldn’t read them even though when I downloaded what I submitted directly from their site it was a clear printed form from Walgreens as proof of vaccinations. Resubmitted it, the girl I spoke with said she wouldn’t even open up what I submitted to see if it was readable unless I paid a fee for her to. She was extremely rude unhelpful and why pay $400+ then have to pay more for them to do their job and look at the credentials. They have 7600 files in their queue and want to charge people to be put at the top of this list.

    Green Security’s standard turnaround time for credentialing review is 2 – 5 business days.  There is a service offering that a vendor representative can take advantage of that will expedite the credential review within 1 business day.  If a vendor representative chooses not to utilize the expedited review, their credential will be reviewed within the standard credentialing review timeframe.

    This company withdrew 275.00 from my checking account for credentialing I don't need for an employer I no longer work for. I did not receive communication from them as they confirmed they emailed my work email address in which is no longer valid and they would have been notified as such. I would like a refund and cancel the account. I reached out to the company directly and they refused to do so

    To whom it may concern,

    Green Security has a policy, which is outlined in our terms and conditions when signing up for an account with us, that all charges are non-refundable. We have an annual billing cycle and  if a cardholder does not call in to make their account inactive, they will be charged. For the sake of this customer's specific situation where she does not work for the company anymore and cannot see the emails warning her of the upcoming charge, we have refunded her $275.
