5/10/2022 I signed a contract for a floor to be ripped out and a new one to be installed. The contractor who ripped out the pre existing floor destroyed my moldings and I was told they would be replaced by the store manager. Then when it was time to install the floor they couldn’t find a installer so they hired one that has never worked for the store. He installed a uneven floor with chips and two different colored floors. The wood floor is now higher than the porcelain, which they promised would not happen, there are multiple tiles uneven with tiles sticking up everywhere. They promised to redo the floor and said they have to find a contractor first which never happened. It’s been months and they never even came back to reinstall the sink they removed. My wife is sick with terminal cancer and they left her with no sink. They keep coming up with excuses but never do anything about this botched job not up to industry standards. They even blamed the fact that my wife is sick so they hired the only contractor available to get it done for her. If that was the case they should of reviewed his work before ruining our home and disappearing. Please see the email trend with a attorney where they still have not come up with a resolution that was months ago and not heard from them since.

Please find the attached screen shot with Mr ******'s phone number on top of the screen .
It was a dialogue between Mr ****** and our store manager  in October of 2022. In it Mr ****** told us. he had a recommended ceramic tile installer and wanted to know if he still had an option to bring this man in if we would provide the replacement ceramic tile material for free. Our manager responded yes. and then when we did not hear from Mr ****** or the recommended installer. So we then asked Mr ****** if we could  contact the installer directly and we never received any response from Mr ****** about this situation he had asked for.
