      I ordered a pendant light on January 14, 2024. It has not arrived. The order confirmation said: We're sending this email to confirm your order. Your order number is ****. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a delivery confirmation from us by email. Standard Shipping (5 to 10 Business Days).

      Two weeks later i had not received a delivery confirmation. I tried to inquire on the status but there is no phone number, no address—only an email. I have emailed them at least 6 times and I get a form letter from various people at "Premier Trust Store."

      The form letters are like this:

      Hello Monica, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the status of your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand the importance of keeping you informed about your recent order.
       
      Your concern has been promptly forwarded to our dedicated shipping department, which will be working diligently to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information on the whereabouts of your order.

      I purchased 3 13x13x10 White modern style fabric drum lampshades on 5/28/2023
      Paid: $110.92 USD
      I received 3 lampshades however they are not the size I purchased. Not even close. They are TINY.
      I e-mailed the company (Message# *******) 6/23/2023 advising I was not pleased and requested a refund. I have not received a reply to a single e-mail I have sent. As of today, 7/19/2023 I have sent 17 e-mails; all unanswered.

      I ordered a Christmas present December 13th and have never received it. I have emailed multiple times and tried calling the number listed only to get a busy signal. No one will contact me back.

      I ordered two lampshades from Original Tree Lights (**************************************************************************************************************) on December 13th and paid $68.93 but to this day I have not received the products.

      I have sent three emails to the email address listed on the webpage ****************************) but no response. I called 10 times to the phone number listed on the website ( ********************************************* but it was busy.

      I found a physical address and ****** provided me a phone number to call but a person said it was not the address of Original Tree Lights but another company.

      On Dec. 14th I received a message indicating that the order is packed but nothing after that.
