    Sorry I have applied through you before I sent the application fee and never received your reply or a copy of a credit check or background. I feel as though I sent sent the application fee and no action was ever taken. Seems funny to me.

    We have been living since 2018 (6 years) at *** ******* ****** *** ** ******* * * *****. Paying our rent every month and faithfully on time. The passed 2 years since 2022, we have been living at this apartment with unfavorable, unsafe and unhealthy situation. We have always report everything to Management BUT, NOTHING WAS EVER DONE, JUST A LOT OF EXCUSES AND IGNORING US. JULY 2024, our family had to remove us from the apartment. My baby and I we were so sick from the BLACK MOLD around the wood on the bathroom window from all the water damaged from a broken, fallen and unrepaired gutters. EVERY TIME it rained water came POURING IN through the bathroom window. Also, the roof needed to be repaired, this caused the ceilings to have cracks, paint chipping and falling. We had to be staying with family for over 3 weeks, 5 hours away from Buffalo, so we could try to recover our health. August 2024 on a Sunday, went back home,a contractor needed access to my apartment on
    Monday to access the bathroom damages. After 24 hrs in the apartment our respitory breathing started bothering our breathing, Tuesday, we had to pay and stay at a hotel for over a week. These were extra very expensive expenses that we had to endured because Management neglected to fix all the problems sooner. We want to be reimburse for the hotel we rented, food and gas. Also, at this moment we're looking for another apartment, we want our full deposit and 2 months of rent back. We have suffer and being through alot under these circumstances.
