    I had a new roof put on in dec.2023 now have problem , called company was told someone would come out to look at roof no one came . ofter roof was put on I found over 400 roofing nails all over property pieces fo shingles all over yard and large piece of faciaboard in yard. Have since been told company has gone out of business cannot reach by phone it is disconnected and when went to office no one was there during business hours or any other time.

    On 1/19/24, I called Klaus roofing and explained to them the damage We received during the Buffalo Snowstorm. The man on the phone made an appointment with me for 1/22/24. He told me someone would be to my house between 9:30 and 10:00am. No one showed up and at 10:30 I called them asking if they were coming to this appointment. I explained to the woman that I took the day off of work for this appointment and we had extensive damage to our house and could not leave it in this condition. She told me “ Mike”was on the phone with someone and we would here back as soon as he ends his call. No one called us back. I lost a days pay over this and had to have another company take care of this issue. Thank God ******* ******* came that day and took care of our problem. I cannot understand how a business completely blows off a customer, especially during a crisis to their property. My advice, NEVER CALL KLAUS ROOFING SYSTEMS IN WEST SENECA.

    Zero integrity! Does not stand behind their work! Klaus sent someone over to repair a leak in my roof, for which I paid for. When the first rain after the repair arrived, the roof leaked the same as before the repair, causing damage to personal property. When I called them to inform them, the manager (Patrick) never returned my call. I had to call the manager again, he told me that he would send someone over to inspect the repair. Over the course of two weeks, I was in regular contact with someone (Nick) from their company. I was told just about daily that someone was on their way, only to have no one show up. I was lied to! I want my money back!

    I hired Klaus to reroof my house. Tyler C*****, their sales person, did a great job coordinating with another contractor and was very helpful addressing my concerns. The roofing team worked quickly and neatly and left my yard and driveway clean. My house is surrounded by flower gardens and no plant was injured in the process. I highly recommend Klaus for your roofing needs.
