    I ordered a product from this company. The day I recieved the product it was defected. I called the shop and let them know it was defective and it wasn't holding the air like it was supposed to. The gentleman that answered had a bad attitude and basically stated I could send the gun back but I'd better make sure there is something wrong with it or I'll have to paying shipping to recieve the product back. I called back and spoke to owner a couple of days later and he stated we waited to long to make a complaint about the defect in the product. When I stated that a call was made the day the product was received the owner stated he didn't know of that call and things would be held differently. I requested a refund because not only I'd the product defective the day we received it even though stated on their website these products are checked we were sent the product advertised on their website. This request was denied and I was told to do a check on the gun before they would send out a label to get the gun looked at. I reached out again for a refund because thats too much stuff to go through on a brand new product and the company laughed at me and told me to complain to the manufacturer of the product. Very rude customer service, false advertisement.

    The customer is lying. The item is not defective, it has a slight leak which can be common with the type of item purchased, it can still be used even with a slight leak. The initial request was for a repair which we provided a return label on March 7 2024. The customer never sent it back. Instead the customer continues to use and enjoy the item for another 20 days. Then later on March 27th they decided they have had their fun with the item which is considered used and cant be resold as new and decides to contact us using an entire different excuse to want to fully return the item now. We agreed regardless just so we dont have to deal with this customer anymore. We told them to send the item back so we can refund them. Till today April 1 2024, the provided return label has not been used and the item is still not returned. Instead this customer goes all over social media and makes falses claims such as this BBB complaint as well.

    We are literally BEGGING them to send the item back so we can refund and be done with them. We are not sure why they are making it an effort to cause so much commotion when we have already agreed on March 27th 9:48 am EST when they contacted us again after they have used the item for 20 days and agreed to take a refund going against our policy. We have records of everything documented. This customer has even went as far as slandering us online and deleting our comments when we have tried to defend outselves and OPENLY posted to their complaints to SEND THE **** BACK with the FREE return label we PROVIDED for them. Instead at this rate, it seems like the customer is trying to keep the item AND get their money back at the same time.

    The customer keeps saying "i will be sending it back today" for the last 4+ days already but we havent seen any movement or receival of the package by the postal service. The customer keeps asking if they will get a "full refund" we informed them we will have to do a unboxing video to make sure all of the items are actually sent back. Attached are all the proof. As mentioned, as of today Apr 1 there is still no movement or receival of the package from the postal service. At this rate it seems as this customer is trying to get something for free and we might be pursuing legal action due to the multiple points of harassment and slander.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The product recieved was leaking the day it was recieved. I was notified that the person that answered the called did not notify anyone of this communication. I had to repeatedly call and speak with the owner before anything was done about this issue. Yes a label was provided to send the product back but I was told I had to get two boxes to send the item back. I could not find 2 boxes and I didn't feel it was my place to have to spend over 50 dollars a box to get two boxes big enough to send an item back that was defective (leaking when it arrived at my door step. This was supposed to be a brand new product that was tested multiple times before leaving this shop and clearly it wasn't because it was leaking the day it arrived. After speaking and a refund was refused the first time like stated previously I was told to run a leak test on a brand new product which isn't my job before a label would be sent out. I asked for a refund because of the product being defective the day it arrived and the fave that the customer service is horrible. I was told by the owners wife to complain to the manufacturer about a product they sent me. As for slandering someone's name I have not put anything on ******** about this company besides one message explaining to why the product wasn't returned when the label was sent. As for this business the owners wife went as far as to include me and a business conversation with a customer on ********. So as for legal actions being threatened to a customer that has done nothing wrong but tried since day one to get a product that was leaking and as advertised on their website sounds like bad customer service to me again. ******** post that were posted by another person and they are trying to put my name in this when i didnt state anything on behave of this company but the comment that was attached. I will not be returning to this business and I want people to know how this business operates.
