    My wife and I filed sought the services of DSJ for tax preparation. We were assured top notch service. We had a call with *************** of **** Law in Nov of 2023 in advance. **** merged with DSJ and in Feb of 2024 we reached out to work with them as we had several life events. We spent hours and hours detailing out all of our info. We were assured care and guidance. We submitted our previous year filings in Feb. they never retrieved them we had to submit them again 2 more times over the next 2 months We then submitted all of our detailed documents and spreadsheets and all needed to do a top tax preparation a month in advance. We followed up so many times and no one ever responded. We called. We emailed. Nothing. We were so nervous. We went from being told we will be taken care of to being completely ignored. We had no idea what to do. Then on tax day they finally communicate. We had to send all of our forms again. They never even looked at all the detail. We expected a back and forth. A working with us. Never happened. They clearly rushed thru our filing since there were only hours left to file. They told us we would not be charged much if anything. And now we are getting hit with a ***** bill and threatening to take us to court if we dont pay. These people are awful. A total scam and sham. Would not advise anyone to work with them. There should be a strong warning against this awful firm. www.dsj.com
