    On November 2, 2022, I enrolled myself with All Nations Driving School for a 7 hour driving ****** package with their Hempstead location (address: ***************************************************************** *****). My fist ****** was scheduled on 11/4/2022 and took 4 more ******s following that. Meanwhile, I took the 5 hour mandatory course via Zoom as well. While picking up the certificate for the 5 hour class, I had the office staff register me for the road test on Monday, December 19, 2022. I also asked them to schedule my last 2 ******s (on the day of the road test with the car and the one before that) on Saturday, December 17 and Monday, December 19, 2022 respectively. However, on the day of the Thanksgiving (November 24, 2022), I received a text message from the lady, scheduling the class, stating that she had my class scheduled for the following day (Friday, November 25, 2022). I explained to her that my road test was booked for Monday, December 19, 2022 and will only need the next ****** on Saturday, December 17, 2022. She stated that she cannot reschedule, even though I was sick. So, I waited for the instructor to show up the next day and called their office after waiting for 20 minutes. The lady now changed the story and stated that she had cancelled the class and I will be losing the class.This is a shady business and their *** license need to be revoked. I am filing a complaint with the *** for ******** as well. I had asked the driving school to reschedule the class, but they won't answer or return my phone call. I want them to refund my FULL $503.00 that they collected from me, Having the horrible experience that the other students experienced from this driving school, I don't want to take the ******s from them anymore - I just want my money back.
