    I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Denuo Novo. Having pre-orderd the STAR WARS Classic Snowtrooper Helmet Accessory and STAR WARS First Order Snowtrooper Helmet Accessory on pre-order I avidly waited for the items to be dispatched. Noticing the items move to general sale I waited for my order to be dispatched to no avail. Emailing customer service on 14/08 then 16/08 I received a reply on 20/08 that the items would be dispatched shortly and there had been a delay due to 'recent system upgrade'. Why was this not communicated on the website? Why were new orders still being taken if this issue existed? I requested a timescale for the dispatch of my order on 20/08 receiving a reply on 27/08 stating it would be dispatched shortly. I requested an update on 05/09 and was informed on 06/09 that shipping labels had been created for my order. Checking I contacted Denuo Novo on 12/09 as the details of the shipping returned errors. Denuo Novo responded on 16/09 the same shipping details but now the tracking showed the parcels were on their way to shipping hub. I waited until 20/09 then requested an update as shipping had not changed. i requested updates on 24/09, 26/09, and 27/09 and have received no reply or updates. I have another order that has also gone unanswered. Exceptionally poor service from a company selling supposedly premium items.

    I have had nothing but issues with the company I finally got my stormtrooper suit and it doesnt fit even though Im in body shape guide lines and the helmet that was just purchased as well is made from cheap flimsy plastic like it came from spirit Halloween shop for a whopping 1600 dollars I have nothing to show for it would love to get a refund and send back for all the issues that I have had along the way since my original order date of December 23 and the company is extremely hard to contact through just email as well as no real reviews of there work besides the fact that they bought the company that scammed people out of suits please let me send this junk back the ****** license should be revoked
