    My sister leased a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross LE AWD from this dealership on June 19th and I regret having her go here. We negotiated a sales price of $32,250, but when it came time to sign, Finance Manager Marluin ***** handed us a lease agreement showing $33,168.55. I caught the inflated number and had to insist it be corrected which already made me uneasy. Then came the real kicker: they applied a money factor of *******, when Toyota Financials rate was *******. That ***** markup translates to ~2.4% in hidden APR, adding over $3,000 in extra cost over the lease. This was never disclosed and when I returned within 24 hours to request a renegotiation, they refused.Their "make-good"? A year of free car washes. We had already gotten the diamond package That doesn't come close to covering the cost of the markup they quietly baked in. The Floor Manager ***** ****** rambled some non sense for the sales price difference, its crazy to me how greedy dealerships are. The rent charge is the price of financing the over the lease term and based on the money factor it was $8,828, which is excessive. I knew it too and asked about it and it was brushed over by the Finance Manager, who stated that the money factor was the ******* that she was offered but it wasnt. After 7+ hours at the dealership I was not on my A game. The cap cost was inflated with hidden fees that werent broken down clearly. Their sticker prices are marked up above MSRP, which makes their discounted deals look better than they are. Seriously feel she overpaid and should have walked out. Had they not marked up the money factor it would have been close to $100 dollars less a month. This was my first and last visit to this dealership. Theyve lost my trust and the business of my family and friends, and itll be the last time I allow anyone that I know from signing anything before getting full disclosures and numbers. I wanted a transparent and fair deal. What I got was the opposite.

    We have contacted customer who is currently out of the country. We will meet with her on Monday July ******* to sit down and come to an agreement. we are hopeful to settle this matter on that day.

    Unscrupulous! Upon purchasing the car I told them that I misplaced my title. I asked what that was going to entail to get a new one. They assured me that it was no problem., that they could take care of it. However they never told me that they would charge me an extra $350!!!

    Ms ********* financed a vehicle on Nov 9, 2024. During the sale process she stated she wanted to trade in her ***** but did not have the title with her. We told her we could take the car on trade and would take a ****** deposit that would be 100% refunded if she brought the title to us within 48hrs, otherwise we would need to obtain a duplicate title. We explained that the fee for that service includes ordering a duplicate title through a company that expedites the process. Generally, a duplicate title can take approx. 3-5 weeks if all the information submitted is correct, therefore we pay a title expeditor service to cut that process down to only a few days allowing us to be able to re-sell the trade in quickly before it depreciates. Unfortunately, she did not produce the title within that time. Westbury Toyota will always refund the duplicate title and expediting fee to the customer if they bring the title to us within the 48-hour time frame.

    Will never buy from Westbury Toyota again for the following reasons1. Told multiple times that I would get a much better rate with a good credit score score was over 850 but given a rate of almost 9% decided the next day to pay the loan off - was told by the finance manager I dealt with (****) said that I could not pay it off for two to three months - told me it says that in my contract. When I asked where he said he couldnt tell me because all contracts are different. He then added, TO BE HONEST, JUST WAITING THE TWO MONTHS IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE DRASTICALLY, ITS ONLY ABOUT $90 Toyota Financial said that is absolutely not true. I was able to set up an account and pay the car off (the daily interest rate was $10 A DAY)2. Picking up car- explained that I had to pick my son up from school was assured it would be no problem. I was there for over three hours and had to get someone to pick up son at the last minute.3. The sales rep I dealt with the first two times (****) was fantastic. Unfortunately, when I decided which car to buy, he was away so I dealt with *****. She is a nice person but had no regard for my time. She kept saying she would be right back and disappearing. I finally went to find her and she was seated with another customer. After the purchase, she was/is inconsiderate with returning calls. I have to call back. She said shed look into it and get back to me in an hour - she texted me 7 hours later but did not have the information I needed. I called a week ago and she did not return my call. I called again - no answer - so I texted and she responded that she is off and to call the dealership. When she left another clients license in my car, I called her. I was kind enough to drive it to her (took me an hour). 4. When I called about the financing issue, was told a manager would call me back - that was three weeks ago - still waiting 5. Still no second key fob - 6 weeks

    In may of 2023 i turned in my leased Toyota RAV 4 Too get a another lease on the exact same car rav4 I was definitely ripped off @ ****** per month for a ****** car with excellent credit. and mind you this was fourth Toyota RAV 4 with this company are you kidding me

    On June 26, 2023, we purchase our leased 2020 4Runner from finance manager **** at Westbury Toyota. During this time he explained the new financing options and optional vehicle extended care, maintenance program and tire/wheel protection with optional cosmetic coverage and its cost as we determine the total purchase price to buy-out the leased vehicle. He explained and emphasized the benefit of having a peace of mind having service agreement for unexpected mechanical breakdown, worry-free regular maintenance and tire/wheels protection with ************************** a car wash package monthly for 1 year. In August, we tried to use the carwash **** setup for me on my cellphone during the time we purchase the vehicle. The App did not work and so I paid it on my own. We called **** regarding the failed attempt to have a free car wash and he advised that he made a mistake and it was not really a part of the transaction. my wife brought the car and the document stating that he gave us 6 months of free carwash that clearly states valid dates 6/26/23 12/26/23 (see attached copy). On this same **************** said to my wife that the vehicle have a dent and scratches coverage and told my wife to bring the car back to get assessed for repairs. On Sept. 5, my wife brought back the vehicle to get assessed and approved for the repairs and the Westbury shop provided her with a RAV4 loaner car. Sometime before Sept 15, we received a message from Westbury Shop requesting to bring the RAV4 back because it was due for repairs. During all this time they have not done anything with our vehicle. On Sept. 22 my wife brought back the RAV4 and they sent her home with a Highlander for loaner. On October 6, we requested to pull the vehicle back because we have a suspension upgrade schedule for Oct. 7. At this time, **** and Westbury Toyota is saying that the repairs are not covered.

    Finance director and General Manager contacted the customer and had them come in to discuss their concerns. We were able to come to an amicable resolution in which we complied with the customer who requested extended coverages cancelled and refunded.

    On 10/18/2023 I brought the car in against better judgement because the check engine light came on and this was the only dealership with same day appointments. They said I needed service on the exhaust system that was going to cost me $3,200. I said I wasnt going to do the service and wanted a second opinion. Today, 10/20/2023 I brought the car to Gateway Toyota in ** and they checked the car and said I only need a new oxygen sensor which is covered by the warranty. Stay away from this place, not only will they damage your car theyre going to make you spend a ridiculous amount of money for services you dont need. I know this wasnt the first time they scammed me, Ive paid twice over $1,000 in services I probably didnt need. Stay away!!!
