    I ordered (2) bags of food from them on 06/29/2024 they charged my credit card $196.00 and I never received the food. they are not returning my emails and their phone number is not in service now.

    I placed an order for 1 bag of dog food ($102.95)on June13th, 2024. I never received the order. Contacted the company twice and never received any response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    I pre-ordered and paid for 1 bag of dog food ($98) that was supposed to be back in stock October 28th 2023. They never shipped the food and I never got an update on my order. Whenever I call a recorded message says that nobody is available to take my call and to contact them by email, which I did 2-3 times a week and never received a reply. I think the business is bankrupt but they keep taking money from customers like me that are so naive to order online.**************************************, **

    I ordered 4 bags of Sport Dog Food on August 8, 2023. I received 2. I have been contacting the company about the other two bags numerous times and received ONE reply from ******** on August 23, ***************************************************************************** That is the last I've heard about the two missing bags. It is now September 6 and I am still missing two bags of dog food at approximately $100 each. NO response from Sport Dog Food. This company has great food, but couldn't care less about the customer. The phone number that I've called says to reach out via email, which of course gives me no response.
