    Ital East Corp ( also named ****** Systems Solutions Corp) was the only one in the area to sell ******* product, so we got introduced to *****************, president of the company. We met him in March of 2022 and the first check from us was cut on March 3rd of 2022 in amount of $93,500.In the beginning of the process **** was accommodating and even picked up the phone once we had questions but then our architect complained that she can not get hold on **** and pointed that **** is very unprofessional in communication service and in helping with shop drawings. With next deposit, we tried to find out the possible delivery date or at least some timeframe for delivery of the windows and doors.Every time we saw him, **** had no answer for the shipment, no tracking # Doors and windows arrived in December 2022 ( and our goal was to finish the whole construction by May 1st 2023) and were installed.Only after it was installed, our contractor realized that second floor windows differ one from another ( one tinted and one was not)**** came to the site and admitted that it is wrong and assured us that ******* will replaced it The replacement of the not tinted windows was done relatively fast Our contractor also pointed out that kitchen window frame is damaged and **** admitted that its true and promised that the window will be replaced as well. Since **** by mistake brought the wrong color of the frame for master bathroom, we asked those two windows to be replace ( one, which is damaged at expense of ******* and other, with wrong color of the inside frame at our expense). The invoice was sent to us on January 4th, 2003 and we paid deposit for that.Since January 4th, 2023 we DO NOT KNOW where those windows are. We made hundreds of phone calls to *****************, his office, various people in his office and NOBODY could tell us what happened to the windows. The house is completed now with broken kitchen window which is leaking with rain -
