    I had plan with this school to take 5 classes with the 5 hour course and they would also take me tonight the road test. I took 3 classes and the 5 hour. They cancelled my 4th class because their license expired. I waited and then they told me that they would refund my money. I took my road test on my own and then went to the school later to pick up my check that they told me to pick up. They gave me the check and when I went to deposit the check it said it was invalid and had no balance. I tried calling the school and going in to find out what happened, but they never answered and the place is closed. The check was a total of $163.

    In July 2024 I signed up with Behind the Wheel (BTW) for 8 classes for my daughter. Total package was $689, I paid $400 in July and my daughter had 4 classes. Another payment of $289 was made September 30, 2024 by phone. My daughter and I were told by agents of *** from mid October to the end of October 2024 that their cars were being inspected by *** and no classes could be scheduled. Then we were told there was an issue with approval certificates no classes scheduled. Since November, 2024, calls have been unanswered, no messages returned, the business was closed during regularly scheduled times. I went to the business address again on January 16th, storefront is exactly the same but the person inside said *** is GONE. He was working for a different driving school unrelated to BTW and had no information regarding BTW. I just want my money refunded. I went to the business website which is still up and appears to still accept payments. I went their ******** to try to contact them. No response.

    We ordered the Silver Driving Package online September 2024. My daughter took the five hour driving course and then we were told that the company was being audited by the *** and so lessons needed to be postponed. We waited patiently contacting them each week being told the audit would be over shortly. In December we asked for a refund and was told a check would be mailed. When we did not receive the check or the five hour certificate I contacted them again as was told they could not send the check until next week and to collect the certificate from the *** in *******. I went to ******* and they told me the driving school had not submitted my daughters name even though she had taken it September 21st. They have ignored our calls, emails and were not in the office when we attempted to go in person. The office has $570 of our money. The credit card is saying due to it being over 90 days they cannot do anything. Could you provide me with my options. Thank you.

    Requested a training package for my son to obtain his New York State drivers license. He had one ********************** instruction and one five hour class back in late September. Since then the company has claimed that the *** had audited them and they cant do anything about any extra classes or new classes. I have requested my money back six times and requested the certificate for the five hour course six times and have been gotten the runaround regularly. I would like my refund and I like my five hour certificate for my son that he took.
