    A few months ago I submitted my docs letter instructing that I refrain from gym activity thru 12/24 After an exchange of emails and the owner PERSONALLY calling me attempting to change my mind, so my contractualmonthly charges continue Hourglass decided to hold my dues thru 12/24 As of 2 days ago *** fitness the billing company for Hourglass, emailed AND text me informing me that my 11/16 auto payment could not be processed to please update to avoid interruption of membership. Hourglass is unaware if Im alive or if Im well enough to resume activities at the gym since our last communication!! I immediately emailed stating Im in bereavement that also requires my travels to *********** with no financial assistance from my family. Not surprisingly my emails have been ignored, as I was told months ago Im obligated to continue to pay an additional 6 months. I was initially excited to join & be a member of Hourglass. I cannot recommend based on my PERSONAL experience. Im emotionally & financially burdened Hourglass has added to my pain. What I need & request is an immediate end to my membership.

    I received an email invitation from Hourglass Womens Wellness on South Broadway for a party tonight from 5:30 to 9 pm. I got there and the manager showed me around and gave me the membership fee. I told her I was going to think about it. The woman was pressuring me to make a decision but I didnt have my credit card on me and also I didnt want to commit because I am traveling abroad this summer. Thats when she asked me to leave, saying that I was ****************. I feel horrible and embarrassed. I still cant believe this happened.
