    I purchased the Team Combat League subscription on April 12th, 2024 for $7.99. I continued to subscribe and paid another $7.99 on May 11th to them until June 10th, which is the date then I went into their portal to cancel.I was charged again on June 11th for $7.99 again, so I emailed them at the email on their website, ****************** I received no response. I reached out again to their other email listed on their website, ******************************** and never received a response on June 20th and July 11th. I have continued to receive charges for their subscription. My wife has also been receiving these as well and two of my friends. My friends have tried calling and no one has responded to them. I warned them yesterday that if I did not receive a response then I would be reaching out to the BBB.It clearly states on their website for their Brawl Pass that you can pay annually or monthly and cancel at any time: ******************************************************************* concern here is about the fact that they are not responding to subscribers and continuing to bill them monthly, disregarding cancellation.

    I cancelled yet they still billed me and ignored my emails . I am worried they will keep billing me monthly. I've been closed a copy of an email that states May 12th that I canceled and did not wish to be built but then May 13th they went and billed me anyway

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They sent an email today that they will refund me. Thank you !
