    I have had an ongoing relationship of annoyance with them since they installed my "new" outdoor heating and cooling unit. When the new unit came- they immediately had to order new parts to replace (supposedly new) parts in the new unit that weren't working. After several repairs over the next week or so (depending on how long it took to get the part) to install the new unit, it was finally working. I also asked how many parts need to be replaced before they would actually put in a different new unit- they said, this happened all the time, and that there was a ten year warranty, so don't worry.Two and 1/2 years later... I have gotten to know all of their workmen- as they have had to come out 3 or so times every year to fix (replace another part in) the new unit. I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up (I don't like complaining to the poor phone operator who can do nothing), and am told they will escalate my concerns and will receive a call... 2 1/2 years on... nope. This week, I had to call once again- because the unit isn't working (note, although there is a 10 year warranty, service is only provided for the first 3 years). The guy who cam to repair (which he can't as another part is needed...) told me that he had called his boss when he saw all the reports, and the guy would call me before the end of the day. He said the guy had a lot of calls to return. Gee, I wonder why?? 3 working days later... no call. The repair guy got the unit working, so I have heat until they can figure out why it is leaking fluid... so, it's not fixed.Bottom line: Unless you like having to meet all the repair people at a company, sitting around your house waiting for the person to come, then waiting while the repair is done (hopefully you don't have a job like I do), and spending a few very(!) cold nights because you have to pay extra to get any emergency service: Do NOT use this company.

    We were very pleased with the installation of duct work done on our old house 4 years ago. However any contact we had to make with the offices in ************ and the headquarters in ***************, **. were very difficult.That has been the case this year, the fourth year of our maintenance contract.We made an appointment on line, waited for the service on the scheduled day. No one showed up. When we called the offices we were told that they did not honor those online appt's. We asked to speak to someone in charge in both offices and were ignored. In the first 3 years, in spite of COVID, we had been called by ***** for the maintenance app't., not this year. I have yet to have them do the annual maintenance service for this year. They broke the contract!!!
