My wife had two procedures in October 2025 both are in network. I received the bill and one of them keeps coming back out of network. The first week of January I called Aetna and White Plains hospital on a joint call, White Plains Hospital confirmed that this service was in networks and ***** asked them to reprocess the claim. I already met my deductible so this bill should be zero. I keep calling White Plains hospital and they said its pending reprocessing we are now in April and I have been out of work for ************************************************************************************** to pay them $10k which is not happening. I need your help because I have spent hours on the phone and no one will help me.

To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this complaint regarding a deeply concerning experience I had at the ************** on February 10, 2025.I arrived at the ** in extreme pain due to a kidney stone and waited in the waiting room for approximately 3.5 hours. During this time, I nearly passed out several times and was eventually given a wheelchair to sit in while I continued waiting. When I saw the triage nurse, I became physically ill in the triage area, and despite this, staff showed little to no concern for my condition. After receiving an X-ray, I continued to wait without any updates or attention. I was informed that no rooms were available and that the ** was full, which is why I remained in the waiting area. It wasnt until over 4 hours after my arrival that I finally saw a doctorfor only about 20 minutesbefore being discharged.I was shocked to later receive an Explanation of Benefits showing three separate emergency service charges, including a Level 4 ** charge, for which no one could explain the criteria or justification. Additionally, I was charged for oxygen, which I never received, and for an IV that was inserted but never used. These are charges for services I did not receive, and I do not believe I should be financially responsible for waiting in a lobby due to the facilitys lack of available ******** make matters worse, I attempted to contact the hospital's complaint department on March 24, 2025, around 2:50 p.m., and was only able to reach a voicemail with no response.I am requesting a thorough review of the charges and an explanation for the services billed that I did not receive. I believe this experience was not only medically unacceptable but also resulted in inappropriate billing practices.

Account numbers: ********** and ********* My wife and daughter both went to a dermatologist (*****************************) who is an in-network doctor with our insurance which is *****. When my wife and daughter left the office they both paid the In-network *********pay of $65.00. Shortly after, we recieved a bill for both visits as if ****************** was out of network. Cigna maintains their postion that the Hospital submitted the claim wrong and WP Hospital after requesting "a review" of the bill twice in 5 months has no resolution. We were assured that while in review it would not go to collections. We just recieved a notice from a collections agency that we owe the money. When calling WP hospital for assistance each time we can only leave a message and ****** calls back.

I saw a rheumatologist, *************************************, in Yorktown **, who is associated with White Plains Hospital back in March of 2022. I was run blood work in the excess of $2000+ which they did not inform me of cost ahead of time. The billing department sent the invoice to my insurance, ***************** Blue Shield and used the wrong form. It was rejected. The hospital billed me, which was wrong. I've escalated it with my insurance and they have been unable to contact and communicate with the hospital. Each time they call them, the billing department either says they will resend the correct form or does not respond to my insurance at all. This has been going on for several months. My insurance froze all accounts and the hospital is not allowed to invoice me. Now however, the hospital is sending the bill to collections of which I just received a notice.
