    My mother has been receiving retirement benefits every month for many years. These payments go directly into her personal checking account and are then used for her nursing home payment where she has been for several years. This Fund has recently sent me, her Power of Attorney, a letter asking if she wants a lump sum payment or for them to continue her payments as usual. I sent back papers saying to just keep payments as usual into her checking. I have had to contact this entity three times now, speaking to three different people each time, to only get the same treatment each time. The last call I asked to be emailed a letter stating that her payments will continue as usual into her bank and that a hard copy of that letter be also sent to me in the mail. Was told it will take three days for an email to me and 7-10 days for a mailed letter. To me, this is being outsourced to a call center and no one is really knowledgeable to answer your questions. Given the run-around three times. Will see if Moms payment makes it to her bank soon when we do her bookkeeping. If not, we will take other means to get this straightened out for her. Very unhappy and not going to take this type of treatment from them.

    I have been trying to get my pension from The National Retirement Center ******************************************************************************************************* ************ is a disgrace.I have been trying to get a pension from them for 2 years calling every day 6 times a day with a different answer from every single representative.Icluding ************************* ******* ***** ***************************** ********* and numerous others with a completely different story from each one why I am not getting my pension after working 35 years in Atlantic tic City Casinos .! You are a total disgrace!!!!!!
