    On may 7th, I went to be a model for lip blushing which was a big mistake. They botched my lips, the outlining is crooked and my lips have an orange tint. I reached out for a touch up and it took a month to get an appointment. The student wouldnt reply to rebook the touch up. Then **** tells me she cant force a student to finish the job but she can fix my lips but I would have to pay $250 for the touch up. I was taken back by the response as if your student did not do a proper job you should be correcting their work and use it as a learning experience for the student. I was never informed that if I was unhappy or if the job was imporperly done that they would not fix it. I did ask what would happen if there was an issue when I got to the modeling appointment but the topic of the conversation was changed and my questions were never answered. The student is refusing to fix it and so in the instructor ****. **** has now threatened to contact the cops even though they are refusing to fix something that is extremely noticeable! its my lips, its my face! am truly disappointed in the service that was provided and just the lack of professionalism.

    To Whom it May ****************** apologize and are not responsible for any communication you have had with our students.  The Instructor blocked you from her personal phone because you were contacting her multiple times a day regarding not being able to get ahold of the student that worked on you.  This is something that again we have no control over.

    Our resolution remains offered to you - feel free to call the school to schedule your touch up session with our Instructor at your convenience.

    We would love the opportunity to  make you happy. Again, we can't control communication or scheduling with our students / graduates. However, we understand you are not happy and would love to rectify when you decide your ready.
