      "THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT USE!!! I was told everything is fine all were waiting on is a closing date they made me PAY DOUBLE for an appraisal lowered my credit with doing 6 hard inquiries, lied to me the entire time saying they were talking to the lawyers & real-estate agents which they weren't. Dragged everything on for so long the seller wanted to back out then I received a call saying sorry you've been denied so now I'm stuck paying $1500 real-estate lawyer fee & $1115 for the appraisal & $550 for the inspection $3165 I'm not getting back on top of that I might also loose my $9000 deposit so in total $12165 due to the incompetence & lack of professionalism of compant DO NOT USE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

      9/16/2022 There should be no stars! I sold my mothers house to my daughter a first time home buyer. The people in ********** ** were all in a click together. They were unprofessional and in mature, discussing what they were doing in emails, which we could see sometimes. We were told that there would be no money brought to the table because she used the gift of equity. THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE. They extended the interest rate every 15 days and created over ***** dollars worth of points that she was told she didn't need in the beginning. I know they rigged the figures in order to be able to steal money. I was supposed to get at least **** at closing I didn't get one dime. Of course she was told if she stopped the process with them she would have to pay for things all over again. They also talked her into purchasing home owners insurance from a ***** at Allstate in November 2021 long before she owned the house Jan 28 2022 which caused a cancellation of coverage while she was living in the house and ******* at the table.(Have proof of all of this) The first time home buyer had nobody to ask questions at settlement they I was told there would be a title person and a notary ALL THEY SENT WAS A NOTARY who wanted signatures, no questions. They refused to answer calls concerning the first mortgage payment that had to be sent to *******. They mailed the invoice for the 1st payment on the first which is when it was due and it was received on the 3rd. We do have proof of things they did we're not making this up. There is no enough room to type it all! Nobody should have to endure what they put us through to purchase a home. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER LENDER ESPECIALLY IF YOUR'E A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER!! Karma is Real their day is coming

      The worst experience ever, **************** was disrespectful and try to force me and my partner to conduct business with him in a aggressive and disrespectful way. Without our concern he lock our loan under his name and refuse To released despite multiple Request ** He attempted to jeopardize our home buying process. Extremely unethical, he harassed me trying to force me to conduct business with him. As as say before the worst experience ever.
