    On 9/21/2022 down payment with contract signed for kitchen flooring Trucor LVT and on 10 31/22 installation occurred with payment infull that day totaling $4744.27 via AMEX.Within two ************** began to come loose and their technician did initial repairs,but flooring continues to loosen,curl,and corners break.Notified ************* salesman multiple times now for several months who claims his boss notified,but noone has responded to us to repair floor and their claiming multiple times that this would be fixed.Written contract provides 1 year warranty and I believe they are slow walking /not responding until warranty expires leaving us with a defective product

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Carpet World regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:they have referred issue to TRUCOR that made what appears to be a defective product that Carpet World sold and installed in our house.An independent flooring inspector sent by TRUCOR came to house and identified several problems with this floor but noone from Carpet World returns my calls after their installer and the inspector identified the new floor is a problem.If we do not hear soon of a resolution(new floor),we will probably have to go to court despite a one year warranty which is now soon to expire on product and installation costs of over $4000.The floor is curling up with razor sharp edges which have already cut my barefoot grandaughter and has gaps where edges have broken off and bumps where panels are bowing.
