    I completed the online defensive driving course on Friday, March 7th. The company claims it takes 7-10 business days for the certificate of completion to be mailed. 10 business days later on March 27th, I contacted the company stating that I did not receive it. They said "it must have gotten lost in the mail" and would send a second copy. I contacted them again on Saturday, April 5th stating that I had not received the second copy either and requested a refund for the course. I received an email from them on Sunday, April 6th, stating that the wait time increased to "14 working days" and it would be delivered on April 8th. As of April 8th I have still not received it and I am still waiting for a refund.

    Both my husband and I completed the Defensive Driving onLine Course by IMPROV in September of 2023 and received our Course Completion Certificates in the mail. The company states that they upload the certificate to *** DMV. When we checked our driver abstracts, neither of our certificates have been uploaded to the *** DMV. It is four months later, and when I spoke to *** DMV representative she stated it should be done within 10 days. I was also told that I had to contact IMPROV and the only way to get the certificate added to our driver abstracts was to have them re-submit (upload) them to the DMV.IMPROV during the online course kept crashing, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with them, took forever to complete the course, and much longer to finally receive the certificates. Once again, I tried to get in touch with them to ask them to re-submit the certificates to NY DMV and have had no reply.I cannot help feeling that many other people did not have their certificates uploaded to DMV, as the whole website was a disaster.
