    I'm really disappointed of the quality of shoes I got. Last year I got 1 pair in Tjmaxx and the bottom split in the half. I took it to shoes place to fix it. They couldn't fix it. It's couldn't be repaired. I tried to locate another pair and found new in box on ***** Same thing happened. I got it 2 months ago. I took it to the same place to fix the hills. They called me today and said it's also split and can't be fixed. I have similar shoes which last more than 2 months. I never had a shoe which would last 2 months. Reply from the company:Hi *****,Thank you for your email and sorry to hear that there is an issue with your sandals. We unfortunately do not have a shoe repair or replacement program at this time. Reply to the Company email:I would assume the company which stands behind the quality of the product wouldn't want to repair it. They would replace it to make a customer happy. I wouldn't want to buy shoes which I would need to repair every couple of months. Unless it's very common with the quality you sell and this is the exact same reply to all your customers. It's happened twice with the same shoe. I should have known better when it's happened the 1st time. When I buy **** shoes or other shoes normally last for years.
