    on January 6th around 4:38 pm I bought 12 bottles of wine online at Westchester Wine Warehouse worth $226.68 + $18.98 Tax = total $245.66 ******************************************************************* shortly after the purchase I went to pick up the wine at 5:45 pm the reason was that they changed the price of the product without my authorization to $269.88 + $22.60 tax = $292.48 I tried to speak with the manager but he refused to speak with me and they didn't sell it to me for the price I had already paid. I said I was going to call the police after that they returned the amount to my account, but 15 minutes later they canceled the transfer of the amount and now I have a negative balance. YesterdayJanuary 7th at 1:49 am I called the store to speak to the manager and again he refused to speak to me and now I don't know if they are going to send me my money back. also I want no know who is Right because I paid for one price but they change few minute later and now I don't have the product and I'm still negative $292.48

    There was a pricing error and the customer was refunded in full on the same day of the transaction, on January 6, 2023 at 5:55pm.

    It may take a day or two to show up in his account.

    Yes, they refunded not on the same day but after I said I'm going to report them to BBB the manager called me to apologize and he asked me not to Report them but it was too late.
