    Bought an 18 pack (20 bottles) of Body Armor Hydration drinks & they're sealed so tightly it's as if they are cemented on. I had to wait for husband to return from a trip to ****** to open one for me. The drink had a very strange aftertaste. Not fresh at all. Bought it at a local big box store (not Amazon) as I've read via Amazon reviews that some of these are rancid tasting. I'm furious as I hurt my hand attempting to open this! Refund needed!!********** (bar code)********** (number affixed to plastic encasing)

    I responded to the consumer by calling the number provided and receiving the bottle details of the product with the complaint, so we can investigate the matter. Afterwards, I told the consumer the way she can receive a refund from BJ's.

    The date of the transaction was 11/11/2023. I ordered a case of the Body Armor Lyte drinks via **** Club and paid $18.98 for the case. I just started drinking the drinks on 12/27/2023. Today, I noticed that I had severe stomach pain and recalled everything I had eaten and drank today. The only thing I had to drink today was water and the Body Armor Strawberry Banana drink. The drink tasted a little funny and I tried looking for the expiration date when I lifted the bottle up and looked underneath it. I saw nothing but mold in the bottle and looked under the rest of the bottles and saw mold floating around and some caked at the bottom of the bottle. I believe this has caused me to have severe stomachache. I am seeking a refund for this issue.
