    I attend Lincoln Tech since March 2022. I have a loan and am supposed to pay a certain amount a month, which I have paid on time up until this point. I had an issue previously where they said I did not pay on time and my score went down 100 points. When I tried getting in touch with the school they said everything was fine and I paid on time therefore they did not know why this happened to my score. It has yet to be fixed or addressed. Now I am experiencing the same thing, but this time there is a reason. I have been trying to get in touch with Lincoln Tech however, they are non-responsive. When I did finally get in touch with someone they said they would email me, but I never received anything. The issue I am facing is I went to ******* and had a severe accident where I broke my pelvis and my foot. I've had multiple surgeries since then and am finally in the right state of mind. The school will not respond and I am trying to pause payment. Since payments are continuing my credit is also decreasing because of this emergency I am ineligible to pay this amount right now. I want my credit fixed and my points put back on as I should not be penalized for an unresponsive department/ organization. I would like to continue my education once better but in the interm I would like my payments to be paused and my credit to be fixed.

    I know that he was in contact with our receivables division, since this complaint was filed on 8/23.  According to my information he is scheduled to come back to school in April, and he paid a large portion of this balance.
