    First time and last time I will be using this boarding facility! I left my four year old French Bulldog with them for nine days and came to pick him up today. Before leaving the facility, I noticed his rear end and scrotum were swollen red and raw (pics below). I told them we did not leave him in this condition and when we called them with in the week, up until yesterday before picking him up they did not mention anything about this issue!! The caretaker had a dumb look on his face and said he probably laid in his urine and was probably licking himself. I couldn’t believe my ears that the caretaker was confessing that they were neglecting my dog, even though they supposedly claimed that they clean the cages 2-3 times a day. I refrained from going back and forth with the caretaker, and immediately took my dog to the veterinarian since he was in pain. When the veterinarian examined my dog, the first question he asked was how sanitized is the boarding facility?? He concluded that my dog has an infection due to him sitting in his own urine/feces or laying in a cage that has not been properly cleaned. Never thought a place such as this would neglect a small dog that’s been there for the first time. If you are a person who seriously loves their dog be cautious about this place!!
