    Poor communication and customer service. Apparently lost my paperwork and told me they would contact me on several occasions and no call. Today they told me this wasn’t their fault. They are just getting their supplies yet they have completed other driveways. Not honest people with integrity or character

    There was and still is a shortage of all supplies. We were allowed only so many gallons a day of sealer. If we were lucky enough to get any at all. We are still waiting for hot pour material for driveways and paint. As far as doing driveways we went according to who signed their contracts first under these circumstances. As far as no customer service and poor communications we spoke to you when you called, and you were rude to us. We are completely honest with everyone and have integrity. We cannot control what is going on in this world or the weather. Most people are understanding as to what we are going through with shortages of supplies that most businesses are experiencing this year, ours is no different.
