      I had an awful experience at this salon in March 30, 2022. I had an earlier appointment to highlight my hair and Lisa made me wait for the longest time in a waiting area until she was ready to sit me in her chair, hours went by and finally. She foiled my hair all over without any care, just splattered it with a brush. She let me sit under a hair dryer for a while and she went to talk to another customer. Another girl washed my hair without putting any conditioner on and sat me on a chair for Lisa to finish blow dry my hair. I went home and wasn’t satisfied with how awful my hair looked and dry. After I called her back she wanted to see me for to fix her mistake so I went and she put a toner and color that I never would of picked, some reddish faded awful shade.
      Not only my hair and look was ruined by Lisa, my scalp is hurting until today. She gave me my money back and that experience I will never forget.
