Extremely unhappy with this business. If you want yourself and money to be taken seriously DO NOT go here. I have not received a dollar of my tax return and it’s now May. I have been given multiple different figures by John. As well as different information in regards to credits and dependents AFTER paying the 165 to have my taxes filed. One minute I owe the *** then I’m being told that was wrong and I’m getting a refund. The story has changed so many times now it’s insane. I have been lied to multiple times and mislead. The *** is now sending letters to my house. I’m very worried about what this business did with my information and my money. I will never go here again and I pray the *** doesn’t penalize me for what they did. The worst part of this whole situation is the ungodly horrible customer service. I have been trying to reach John for a month over a month at this point hoping he will fix this situation and take the time to reach out to the *** in regards to the concerning letters I am being sent but I have not heard a word back. The receptionist claims he’s busy and can’t take my call. I’ve given them my contact information although they already have it and John still has not bothered returning my calls. John does not care about his clients or providing quality work and trust. He won’t even give you 5 min of his time to fix situations he caused. I will not let this happen to me and my family and do nothing. I do not recommend this business.

Taxpayer failed to provide complete information for their return. Upon discovery of omission, our firm prepared an amended return and claimed the appropriate refund for the taxpayer in a timely manner. The taxpayer's issues involved waiting an extended period for the IRS to issue their refund. The taxpayer faulted our firm for the IRS's delays in issuing their refund. No one could make the IRS act quickly, and this period was when much of the IRS was not operating with full staffing. Therefore, the IRS was slower than usual. The taxpayer wanted us to do the impossible regarding the refund speed, and the need for the amendment was their own fault. This review is unreasonable and unwarranted.

I have been waiting for John Witkowski to help me for 6 1/2 years. I’ve had my license revoked and pay garnished along with thousands of dollars in additional fees added to both my state and federal taxes along with 2 years of taxes not filed on time. I had to take off work to call both federal and state to try to take care of it myself.

The matter with this taxpayer was resolved to their satisfaction and we successfully negotiated with the IRS on their behalf. We are still working with them now on other issues which they requested we handle.

We submitted our information week of February 6 and since then the company has not been responsive on status updates to our tax return progress. For the past two weeks they have committed to having the information completed yet they continue to not deliver against the dates they committed to. They did not ask to meet in person and have you dump your information in a bin at front door causing angst on privacy and accuracy of return.
It is not a customer oriented business and one I would not recommend

We cannot understand the problem this taxpayer had as the procedures were to allow us to continue serving clients during the pandemic. The drop-off procedure referenced was temporary and prevented transmission of the virus as recommended by all health authorities. We completed all of the services this taxpayer required and they never advised us of any displeasure. As for pandemic precautions for drop-off of tax returns, we still completed every client work in a timely and professional manner.
