    On March 5, 2025 Concierge Dental of Blasdell charged our ****** **** ******** ******** ******** Account debit card $281.20, before processing our claim through our Dental Carrier since they have a provider agreement with ***** ******. Once ***** ****** processed our claim and applied the provider agreed upon discounts, they reimbursed Concierge $36.50. We have contacted Concierge at least 5 times since April requesting that they credit the full $281.20 and then debit our card for the $36.50 that they are rightfully due. We do not receive any follow-up or acknowledgement.

    I had taken my son to concierge dental group (lockport) over the summer, he had a dental xray taken, this was paid for out of pocket as we do not hold dental insurance. I was told the first result was lost, they had me bring him in for another (no charge) and then was told this xray result was lost too. This resulted in him having to be imaged a third time (which i had to pay for + exposed him to more radiation unnecessarily). I have called Concierge Dental Group several times (4-5) asking for a refund for the imaging that was taken but not resulted. I have been told twice they will call back (no one has) and also have left several messages.

    My name is ****** ******** I’m a 79 yrs old , On April 15 I got approved for a loan from a company , ******* **** amount (18,500) and also **** ****** amount (11,191.00) , my wife was getting some dental work from Concierge Dental . I noticed that after wife back out of getting her veneers done and they had to refund the first amount from from **** ****** within 3-5 days so as my wife and I was in the process of moving her screw came out from her implant me and my wife went to concierge dental to explain to then that she just will take her self somewhere else to get the rest of the work done , we talk to the a young lady that would did the paper work with me in the beginning to get me approved . The amount that they were supposed to refund is ($5600.00) I’m very upset because my wife was very disappointed with the services and also she has to deal with racist comments from the dentist himself and now because my wife refuse them to finish her Implants , this refund was suppose to be refunded the end of June . It’s almost October the refund as not yet refund . They are wrongfully saying that they did the work . my wife got a new dental office who is finishing her implants , I’ve never in my life had to deal with something like this ! I’ve never had a problem with my credit because of this wrong amount its effecting my credit. I’m a 79 yrs old man retired why am I dealing with this ? I’m very upset ! BBB please help me I don’t want no contact from the the business . I will attach picture , the one picture shows they gave my wife the implants she got because they knew that she was going to a new dentist. Proof showing they didn’t fix the job .

    I went to seek a second opinion and was told I didn't need any of this work


    I feel like they were very pushy before I could even get out of chair from cleaning suggesting I need to speak to financial consultant

    the hygienist wrote up this plan and dentist did not disagree I felt like she was working on commission

    I went in for a teeth cleaning before I could even get out of my chair tried to get me to sign up for financial assistance for their very aggressive work she felt I needed again I only went in for a cleaning. I went to get a second opinion and was told i don’t need any work…. I feel that I was overcharged for a simple cleaning an x-ray and I was also miss led to believe I needed extensive work which I was told I don’t…

    BBB spoke to Chase at the business and the following was relayed:

    The customer was given the option of a treatment plan that is good for 1 year and includes the comprehensive exam, x-rays, and 2 cleanings. This plan is offered to patients without insurance. The plan is not a charge for 2 cleanings, it includes a 2nd cleaning at no additional cost; which the customer has available until August 31st, 2023.
