    Hello,

I was just at the Akron location, last week I ordered two pumpkin pies and they forgot to put them in the bag and when I went in they said it would take 10 minutes and the manager which was a actually nice man and immediately said let me take your name and just come back and we will hook you up with the pies which was PERFECT. Well I went through the drive thru today and I ordered two drinks which came out to 3.24 when I went through the drive thru and went to pay I said “hello I was promised two pumpkin pies and my name is this and was wondering if I can get the drinks instead and I’ll pay the difference”. The one woman that was in the drive thru that wore manager attire I’m assuming does maintenance or she was a manager(older lady), she looked at the younger manager with curly hair and must I say…. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have EVER had with any fast food interaction ever. She came over and “clapping her hands at me you can’t just come up to the window and say you owe me pies” acting extremely condescending and belittling. She was literally talking to me as I’m five years old. As this is all happening I said to her with the way you’re treating me I’ll just pay for the drinks nevermind. She charged me for the two pies because she ASSUMED I didn’t order the drinks instead. When all this was done I said I paid 2.90 something for the two pies(and and asked why it was so cheap and she said you said you wanted to pay for the pies. ?? said no mam I went through the drive thru and ordered the two drinks, her face immediately was embarrassed because she then realized I didn’t just go to the window and ordered two drinks. I’m sorry this is now the second interaction with a manager where they shouldn’t be in management with the way they talk to people. I’m sending this to you because if you can pull the tapes in the drive thru you will see that this manager should not represent your company.
